Check Your Email
If we found your account, we sent an email to the registered address. The email will have the subject "Change Password Request" and will contain a specially coded link for changing your password that is only good for 12 hours. Please check your email box now.
If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, you can write us at email@example.com and we'll try to help you out.
Your pool manager can also help you get logged in. They can find your log in name and registered email address on their roster page. In some cases, they may be able to update your email address and send you a new password.
